21st Mortgage has a Manufactured Home loan that goes up to 23 years.
Requires 0-35% down depending on your credit score, history, debt-to-asset ratio, land, and loan amount.
If you have bad credit, you can still be approved but it will be a 35% down payment.

If your tiny home will be your secondary residence, you may be approved for a home equity loan. This will put your primary residence as collateral and asset.
If you put your tiny home within one of our tiny home communities or on one of our lots, owner financing is available.
