Call before your apply to get more information about what is required to get approved for a loan. A few things to consider before applying: Where will I put my tiny home? What is my budget? What are all my cost? (Land, Land improvements, Tiny Home, Sales Tax, Tag Fee, Title Fee, Delivery Cost) We will need to get a home quote for you so all your cost are added into your loan before applying.
21st Mortgage has a Manufactured Home loan that goes up to 30 years.
If financing with 21st Mortgage, we require a 20% Down Payment.
If you have bad credit, you can still be approved but it will be a 35% down payment.
**21st requires you to go through a dealer to purchase your home. Before applying, we will need to get a home quote together with all cost before giving to our dealer number to apply**
Talk to your local bank about taking out a line of credit or a personal loan. Some credit unions will finance tiny homes.
If your tiny home will be your secondary residence, you may be approved for a home equity loan. This will put your primary residence as collateral and asset.
If financing, we do require a 20% down payment.
