Site Development Breakdown
Something to keep in mind when purchasing a lot in one of our communities is that the lots are undeveloped. So there is an additional cost to get the site prepped by doing the drive, house pad, power, water, septic etc. These costs vary depending on the lot size, terrain, location of the house on the lot but you can estimate to be anywhere from $20,000-$30,000. River Ridge Escapes can manage and oversee the site work for an 18% management fee. So the land owner would pay cost + 18%. See a estimate cost breakdown below:
