Weiss Lake Communities

We have 2 New Communities that offer lots of great things for everyone. They are undeveloped, and lot prices will range between $24,900-$49,000.

Lots For Escape consists of 12 lots that range in size from 0.46AC-1.79AC. These are located off  County Road 513 and each lot has its own road frontage. These lots are wooded and private and a great opportunity for a peaceful getaway or a rental investment. You can purchase a tiny home from us, bring your own home, or stick build a home on site. Some of these lots do have views of the water. Lots to Escape will be unrestricted except for no mobile homes and no farm animals, poultry, or swine.

Weiss Woods Escape is made up of 30 lots that range in size from 0.56AC-1.53AC. These are located off County Road 212 and each lot has its own road frontage. Many of these lots have beautiful views of the cotton fields across the road and some have views of the lake in front. They are flat and wooded which provides more privacy and allows you the ability to get more use out of the property. Weiss Woods Escape will be restricted to tiny homes only and must be purchased from us here at River Ridge Escapes. We plan to utilize one lot for common amenities that will be owned and maintained by these 30 HOA.
