Each of the River Ridge Escapes divisions operates as a private community. Each purchaser has the right to place 1-2 tiny houses (depending on the lot size) or one small house on the site, occupy the site on a full-time, temporary, or seasonal basis, and sell, will or give away the site at a later date. If you wanting to bring your own home, we must have pictures to submit to the developer for approval.
Each lot has slightly different dimensions depending on terrain, topography, ravines, and roads. The lot sizes range from +/- .50 acres - 3.5 acres depending on the location and community.
Those that allows the ability to have your own home brought in and placed on a lot are our purchase lot communities. We have 5 lots remaining in High Point Escape and 6 lots remaining in Pine Ridge Escape. These lots are available for purchase and you would be responsible for the site development or River Ridge Escapes can manage and coordinate the site development for a 18% Management fee.
